KART Sprint Nationals- Denton, Texas: This past weekend Team Mile High Kartings Formula S1 driver Dallas Patterson entered his Maranello factory ride in the 125cc Heavy class and the 80cc Senior class. Patterson went up to North Texas Kartway looking to dominate the 125cc heavy class and that he did. Patterson set on pole for the first heat and walked away with over a half a straight away lead to take the first heat win. Patterson would start last in the second heat and with the cameras rolling on his kart he got some great footage coming from dead last to get second behind John Kindhardt (Birel). Patterson would have the pole for the final heat with kindhardt on outside pole, Patterson got a great start and walked away from the field that would give him a 15 second lead over the rest of the field and would give him his second KART National championship. Patterson commented that "the Maranello Kart was awesome all night and the TMAC Power gave him the edge over the field and was looking foward to be going to Oklahoma Motorsports Complex to run the US Shifter Nationals which he won last year. Patterson also commented that he would dedicate the Triad to long time karting friend Tony McGee which is in the hospital with cancer.
